We’re going to try again! After two months of truncated or canceled work days, HHC’s next third Saturday work day on March 15th will be back at Eagle’s Crest Nature Preserve on the west side of Eagle Creek Lake. We’ll continue working our way clockwise around the loop, picking up where we left off in January near the gas line on the west side of the loop.
We’ll meet at 9:00 am at the parking area near the Eagle’s Crest cabin. As usual we’ll work until about 3:00 pm, rain or shine (see below), with a break for lunch at noon. Bring gloves and water. HHC will provide tools and lunch. Rumor has it that lunch will be baked potatoes with toppings!
It would be helpful if you can R.S.V.P., even if to state your plans are uncertain. Not sure if you’ll make it until the last minute? We’ll be happy to have you join us anyway!

If the weather looks iffy, check the Recent Posts column on the HHC website and visit the HHC Facebook page for potential cancellation notices. We’ll post these notices by 7:00 am on the day of the event. Surely the weather will be better this month!
