Come join HHC members and other supporters on March 9th at the Lutheran Hills Camp in Brown County!
We’ll have an invigorating hike, enlightening HHC updates, well-deserved awards, a fascinating guest speaker, a delicious pitch-in dinner, and FABULOUS DOOR PRIZES!
Our special guest speaker this year will be Jeff Stant, Executive Director of the Indiana Forest Alliance. He’ll be speaking about the proposed expansion of the Charles Deam Wilderness.
Also this year, we’re going to have a gear swap. Bring gently used hiking and camping gear you no longer need, and maybe someone else will be happy to have it! Maybe you’ll find the stove of your life!
Here’s the schedule of events for the meeting:
11:00 am – Doors open (Yay!)
Noon – Invigorating Hike
2:00 pm – Enlightening HHC board updates and well-deserved volunteer awards
3:00 pm – Fascinating Guest Speaker – Jeff Stant of the Indiana Forest Alliance

5:30 pm – Delicious Pitch-in dinner
8:00 pm – Doors close (Awww…)
Those who wish may stay overnight at the camp’s Shedron guest cottage. Contact Bonnie Wilcoxson at mlwilcoxson@gmail.com for details and to reserve your spot. This year the price to stay at Shedron is $50.00 per person.
