Hoosier Hikers Council’s 24th Annual Meeting

Come join us again on March 9, 2019 for the 24th HHC Annual Meeting at Lutheran Hills in Brown County. We’ll get together for hikes, our business meeting (short), speakers, door prizes, awards, and a pitch-in dinner (please bring a dish to share). Meet other HHC members and catch up on what everyone’s been doing!

Our featured speaker this year will be Teena Ligman of the US Forest Service. She will present a program on Indiana’s historic Buffalo Trace, a path long used by bison in what is now southern Indiana.
Schedule:
11 am Doors open at Lutheran Hills (bring your lunch)
11:30 – 1:30 Hike to Foxes Den shelter
2:00 – 2:45 Member meeting with board member presentations
3:00 – 4:15 Speaker Teena Ligman
4:30 – 5:00 Awards and door prizes
5:30 – 7:30 Dinner and socializing (bring a dish to share at dinner)
7:30 – 8:00 Clean up and close up

Those who wish can stay overnight at the newly remodeled Shedron Lodge or at one of the new Bear Lake Village cabins. The meeting is free; the stay at Shedron or Bear Lake Village is $35 per person.
